The Ethnic Minorities Language Programme is funded by the Home Affairs Bureau's Equal Opportunities Funding Scheme. The Programme aims at helping the ethnic minorities groups to integrate into the main stream society through language training.

With basic Cantonese and English language skills, they can have better chance in local employment and be involved in more social activities. They will thus feel less isolated and helpless and this in turn will cultivate racial harmony and would eventually benefit themselves and the community at large.
