With the subvention from the Labour and Welfare Bureau, we operate a wide range of courses targeted for the development of the needy community groups whose members are aged 15 or above. These groups include those who are deprived of an opportunity for initial education, the labourers, new arrivals, parents, the pre-retired and retired as well as those who intend to orientate themselves in a new trade. The Programme covers areas such as basic education, literacy, language, induction for new arrivals, job and life skills.
