    International Collaboration
We have diverse linkage and collaboration with various prestigious tertiary institutions in the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and the USA. Through these course credit articulations, we could assist local learners as well as secondary school students to further their studies abroad or to accomplish overseas qualifications in Hong Kong.

Our work in this area is three-pronged:

To establish advanced standing status for our full-time students

To operate Hong Kong-based programmes in collaboration with overseas tertiary institutions for working adults

To provide a wide range of free educational services for students who intend to study abroad through the Overseas Studies Collaboration Scheme

Advanced Standing Status for Learners of Full-time Programmes
A total of 37 full-time programmes have advanced standing arrangements with various overseas tertiary institutions. Graduates of these programmes reaching a prescribed level of academic achievement will be able to further their studies at these institutions.

Hong Kong-based Non-local Higher Education and Professional Education Programme
To cope with the growing demand from local working adults for tertiary education, the Centre for Advanced and Professional Studies (CAPS) has operated a total of 11 Hong Kong-based programmes in collaboration with various overseas tertiary institutions since 1990. All the programmes have been registered in accordance with the Non-local Higher and Professional Education (Regulation) Ordinance (CAP. 493). Proposed programmes will be registered before being conducted in Hong Kong. According to the Ordinance, it is a matter of discretion for individual employers to recognize any qualifications to which these courses may lead.

Overseas Studies Collaboration Scheme
We provide a wide range of free educational services for students who intend to study abroad through the Overseas Studies Collaboration Scheme (OSCS). These services range from counseling, selecting programmes of study, travel arrangements to arranging English placement tests. Member institutions of OSCS come from various countries including Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the USA and Canada.

Overseas Project
The Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) has been providing project-based technological education programme for many years and the Institute requires all its undergraduates to participate in the Interdisciplinary and Global Studies Programme. We have been a project provider and project centre for the WPI since 1990. Besides helping the students and faculty staff on housing and logistic matters, we also act as a local advisor and liaison institute.
